START FIRE WHEN ITS WINDY
To make these clever fire starters you need duct tape and matches. I prefer longer matches. Place one match at the edge of a piece of duct tape. Make sure match head is sticking out. Then place second match next to it but one step lower. then place third one step lower. 4 matches should be enough. Once that is done fold duct tape over and wrap matches so they stay flat. Only first match head should stick out of fire starter. The rest of matches will light up in chain reaction once you light it up. They will ignite the duct tape. DUCT TAPE BURNS VERY WELL.
HANG PICTURES WITHOUT NAILS
To hang pictures to a wall using duct tape, you need to stick piece of tape backwards to itself so it becomes double sticky tape. Then stick one side to your picture and other to the wall. :)
SWEEP EVERY DIRT INTO a DUSTPAN
Ever found yourself sweeping dust into a dustpan, and still got dirt on the floor that didn't get into a dustpan? Simply place dustpan on a floor and cut a piece of duct tape as wide as your dustpan. Stick one half to a dustpan and other half on floor. This way you can collect every bit of dirt. then simply remove tape and empty contains into a bin.
REMOVE FLUFF FROM CLOTHES
Just like in the trick with hanging pictures. take a piece of tape and stick it backwards to itself so you have a roll of sticky side out. then place your fingers in and roll this on your clothes. Fluff will stick to the tape.
FIX YOUR SHOELACES
Do you have shoes with laces ripped at the ends? It's hard to put these laces through a hole. Just take a piece of tape and wrap the end of your shoelaces in it. Cover fluffy ends and fit laces through a lace holes.
STOP BLISTERS
If you are outdoors and got blister, just have stick a piece of duct tape on to a blister. put your shoe back on and you'll be back on a track.
It's always handy to have a bit of duct tape with you at all times. Little tip. wrap a little of duct tape on your knife or lighter when you go camping. You never know when you might need it.
