80 K Volts Ozone Generator
Ozone generator has two parts.
1- the electronic circuit to create high voltage
2- the part that creates ozone. In this case, electrons get out of the tip of the screws amd go to the positive plate.
a- be careful. do not breath ozone, it is poison. it destroys your organs. Do a lot of research before making a genertor.
b- i wrote some instructions about how to use it and how to change the air after using it. they are under the description area of the video in youtube. video is 4 seconds.
for parts, i bought a plater of aluminium, 5 cm by one meter. 3 mm thickness. cut it to two pieces for anode and cathod. and used metal screws on one side to distribite electrons. they are sharp. so they work well for this.
note - metal screw on metal plate: i made a 2.5 mm drill first. then a 3 mm drill bit after that on the same hole. this makes rhe whole accurate. then my screws went to the plate easily.
note - fans - two fans are here. one for moving the air, so flow of oxygen goes through the sparks. and other ine for cooling the transformer (car ignition device) and the power supply. the electronic parts are in a small plastic box and it has a small fan.
Supplies
aluminium plate
woof for making the frame
screws
electronic circuit - i bought a (jacob ladder elecrronic kit from jaycar for making the high voltage)
fans, power s
Power Supply
there is a small usb charger - 5 volts - for cell phone - i used it for those two small fans
there is another large 12 volts power supply for the electronic circuit.
this circuit can use the main power 220 volt, that goes to the power supply and it generates 12 volts. or i can use a 12 volt lead acid battery to connect to it and use the device in the car. a small motorbike battery - rechargeable
note: the ozone generator part
you can generate the high voltage in many ways. do a bit of research you find many methods and circuits everywhere. i used a jacob ladder kit from jaycar. after i played with it for a short time, then said, what is the use of this thing. fun is ok for an hour. now what? then i converted it to ozone generator. this has a practical use. there are many methods for making this part. i saw some people put aluminum foil in a glass container and wrap wire around it. i made that. it works, but not good enough. a lot of ozone is wasted i side the glass container.
method 2- i use two plates of aluminum mesh. one on top of a glass plate and one under the glass. this works too. but after a while it started making sparks that made a whole in the glass. glass was 2 mm.
method 3- this one that you see. two plates. one with sharp screws. one flat. this is the best one it make huge amount of plasma.
note about distance of the plates. - the distance in this device is 65 mm. if i bring the plates close, it starts making tons of sparks. first it makes a lot of noise, second, it generates less ozone. when i move the plates far feom each other, then sparks stop but continuous flow of plasma makes much more ozone than sparks. and sound is lower as well. the distance for your machine depends on the voltage that you supply to the sharp screws. you need to experiment to what works best. move the apart, as soon as sparks stop, it is good enough. if you increase the distance after that point, amount of plasma will reduce.
good luck. dont poison yourself. dont eletrocute yourself.
Adding UV C Lamps
1- two UV C lamps. they do not need powersupply, they work with 220 main power. i got them from china. they came as a complete set just needed power.
2- i added this transmitter and receiver that can connect the power remotely. it is a switch with a power connector and a remote control. therefore i turn it on when i am out of the room. so you do not look at the uvc lamps. they are destructive for eyes
3- remote comtrol for the power switch
4- 12 volt power supply for the fan i added to uvc lamps to push the ozone away and circulate in the room
5- timer. to set up on and off for the main power. you turn it on at a certain time and leave the room. they are in for three hours, then timer turns it off. and you come back to the room after 6 hours. and in the last three hours the ozone degenrates and you wont poison yourself. otherwise, without the timer, when you come back to the room, you need to open all doors and windows and push the ozone out with a strong fan for at least half and hour and preferably an hour. so you dont breath it when you come back to the room.
6- a switch for the lamps
sometimes i need to use the big fat 12 volt power supply for other purposes. so, i connect the main power the assembly and turn off the lamos and the top spark unit and only power supply gets its main electricity.
7- fan for uvc lamps
8- 5 volt power supply for the bigger fan on top of the unit and the other big fan for coil and big 12 volt powersupply.
