Add eye shadow primer all over kid and outword area. Add concealer if necessary.

Add an assortment of eye shadow colors all over your leg and do what seems right for your skin and your color palette.

First line your eyes
Then do random swirls around and off your eyelid.

Curl your lashes and then add mascara and then you're done.
