Aioli - Easy Olive Oil Garlic Sauce

Hi, friends!
Today I would like to share with you how to make a Mediterranean sauce Aioli or Allioli. It's a wonderful accompaniment for fish or shellfish, a dip for fries or cooked vegetables like artichokes, asparagus, carrots, etc... but no matter what you pair it with, this sauce is the star.

- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Half lemon
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Grater
- Whisk
- Bowl
Mash or Blend Garlic to a Paste With a Pinch of Salt

Whisk Together Yolk, Garlic, Squeezed Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper

Gradually add oil (a few drops at a time) to yolk mixture and whisk until smooth to make a thick mayonnaise-style sauce. When everything's come together it is ready to serve.
Put Aioli in a jar and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
