Prep the Peaches

Rinse and dry your peaches. Then cut them in half and remove the pits.
TIP: A little trick to make it easier to get the pit out is to cut the peach around the equator and then twist it to separate the two halves. Use a spoon or knife to dig out the stuck pit in the other half.
Cheese Time

Remove your goat cheese from its package and slice it into 4 sections. Goat cheese crumbles easily, which is fine. Just get enough for about 1 Tbsp or so of cheese per peach half.
NOTE: If you don't want to use goat cheese, you can try cream cheese or ricotta cheese. Or leave the cheese off altogether if you are lactose intolerant or just don't like cheese.
Air Fry Those Peaches

Place the peach halves in the air fryer basket and fill each hole with a mound of cheese. Then drizzle some honey over the top of each one.
Cook at 350°F/176°C for 8 to 10 minutes until the peaches are soft.
Toppings

Remove the peach halves from the air fryer basket and put them on a plate. Top with more honey and walnuts if desired.
You can also add the walnuts beforehand and cook them with the peaches. And or place fried crispy prosciutto on top.
The sweetness from the peaches and honey, combined with the tanginess from the cheese and the crunch from the walnuts, is absolutely amazing.
