Animated Cartoon Nails
This instructable will show you how to make awesome cartoony nails
Supplies
1) any color nail polish
2) black nail pen or striper
3) white striper or pen
Paint
Paint your nails the color you chose out
Outline
Outline the entire nail with the black pen or striper
Draw a Line
Draw a line along the side of the nail. Then dot it at the bottom of the line
Finished!
