Animated Yautja Predator Sign

I'm a huge fan of the Predator franchise. I love the bracelet display, console.

So I decided to make a decorative replica, simplifying it a lot and leaving just two Yautja symbols, which act as a countdown with upward acceleration.

The Sign is made of MDF, PLA print and Acrylic.(Photo 1)

It´s mounted like a simple Box, with a Cover Front mdf part. And two mdf Frames for decoration.

Laser cut the model you want, holded by battery or 5 volts cable. (Photo 2)

Engrave and cut the acrylic pieces. (Photo 3)

Glue Front to Bottom, then Left and Right, and finally the Top part. Left the Back part for now.

Use the Stencil to place and solder the Neopixels. (Photo 1)

Pre-solder the Neopixels.

Make two Neopixels lines. (Photo 2-4)

Use grey or darker filament, to prevent the light from blending between Neopixels.

Glue the Neopixels strips to the 3D part.

Glue the 3D part with neopixels to the Frontal MDF part.

There are two ways to do this: with batteries or directly from a 5-volt charger. (Photo 1)

I made the battery option. (Photo 2)

Because of the 18650 battery holder you must use batteries with protude at one end.

Glue the Cover part to the "Box".(Photo 1)

Glue the frames at place. (Photo 2)

Choose the mode that interests you.

Red would be the color for the Predator, but you can use any color by easy coding.
