Anker 25k 165 W Power Bank Loose Side Cable Upgrade
I found that the side lanyard cable would fall out from any amount of force especially if in my pocket. This is a Small and easy upgrade by adding double stacked electrical tape to now require a small amount of force to remove the cable from its holder.
Supplies
-Any Standard Electrical Tape or other kind of tape(Results may vary electrical recommended)
-Sharp Scissors
-OPTIONAL A small screw driver of some kind of flat narrow object to place the tape
Cut Tape
Cut a strip of electrical tape using the sharp scissors about this long
Cut Tape in Half Lay on Top of Itself
Cut the strip of electrical tape in two and layer it on top of itself. If it isn't perfectly cut in half you an trim the excess or keep it as is both will work
Place the Electrical Tape in the Holder
place the strip of electrical tape onto the screw drive or carefully maneuver it with your finger. You can now smooth it and make sure it applied with your screw driver or finger
Verify Results
Test that you now have the desired level of resistance and that the tape doesn't come up on repeated removal and reinsertions.
Enjoy
If you are satisfied with you work Enjoy your slightly improved power bank!
