Basketball Shooter

This design was inspired by this design from Nicole McCoy.

This device allows someone with limited range of motion or grasp to shoot a basketball.

Supplies

Most of this is PVC. I used 3/4 inch PVC to make the frame with a 1-inch t-joint and 1-inch pipe for the swinging arm because that's what I have. I used PVC glue to hold it together.

I 3D printed the "plunger" piece (.stl file is attached) but you could use an actual toilet plunger if you wanted.

  2. 6 90-degree three-way joints

Assemble the Parts and Glue
