Beans!

Grow your own beans, easy and fun. You don't have to be an expert gardener or a natural green thumb to do this! Here's what you'll need:

One or more beans
Empty jar
Dirt or topsoil
Paper towel
Water
Shovel
About 15 minutes

Let's get started. Now, to the lab young Watson, we have work to do.

I know you're name isn't Watson. So anyway, first step. take a few of your beans out of the bag, 3 will do since 1 probably wont grow right. Wet the paper towel, Wring it out, and open it up. place the beans on it, (Follow the picture) and fold the towel.
NEXT!!

Now carefully put the folded paper towel with the beans into the jar. Put just a tad of water onto the paper towel, and leave the jar alone until it begins to GERMINATE.

Germinating is basically when the little sprout thing breaks out of the shell. Or bean. Whatever. ( Also, feel free to correct me )

So let the beans sit in the jar and add a little bit of water each day. Just not a lot, you'll drown them. When you start to see a leaf coming out of the bean, you can transfer it to dirt. This is when you bust out the shovel.

Take out the beans, and the paper towel. leave the water in the bottom there, it's fine. now fill the jar about halfway, and poke some holes in the dirt for your beans. They should have roots by now. gently place tthe beans into the holes, and use a stick to prod the dirt into the hole. You have just transferred the bean to the jar! Now place It in sunlight, out or indoorrs, and let it grow!
