Soft fur fabric
Foam sheet

Base Preparation
Take the round MDF board and clean the surface properly.
Lightly sketch the bear face layout using a pencil.
Painting the Base
Apply yellow acrylic paint evenly on the seat board. Use smooth strokes in one direction. Allow it to dry completely.
Creating the Bear Face
Paint the upper oval area white.Paint the nose and eyes black.Let all parts dry completely.
Apply a Second Coat
Apply a second coat for a rich and bright finish.
Creating a Bear Ears
Take an MDF sheet or strong cardboard.Draw two equal semicircle shapes using a pencil.Make sure both ears are the same size for balance.Carefully cut the shapes using a cutter or small saw.Smooth the edges using sandpaper.Draw a smaller inner ear shape inside each ear.Paint the outer ear in brown/yellow color.Paint the inner ear in white or light pink.Allow the paint to dry completely.
Apply a second coat if needed for a neat and bright finish.
Adding the Foam Sheet for Comfort
Measure the seat surface properly. Mark the same measurements on the foam sheet. Cut the foam carefully using a sharp cutter or scissors. Apply an even layer of glue on the seat surface. Place the foam sheet gently on top. Press evenly from all sides to avoid air gaps.
Allow it to dry completely before adding fabric or fur on top.
Adding Soft Fur Decoration
Cut the fur fabric according to the required area. Apply glue evenly. Stick the fur neatly and press gently.
Painting the Chair Legs
Apply a thin first coat of white acrylic paint using a flat brush. Paint in one direction (up to down) for smooth strokes. Allow the first coat to dry completely. Apply a second coat for a bright, even, and rich white finish. Let it dry properly before touching or fixing to the chair.
Attaching the Legs
Turn the seat upside down.Fix four wooden legs using screws.Ensure equal height for stability.Tighten properly for safety.
Attaching the Bear Ears
Mark the correct position on the top back side of the chair.Apply Fevicol (wood glue) at the bottom of each ear.Place the ears carefully and press firmly.
Attaching the Bear Face With Nail & Hammer
Place the painted bear face piece on the chair back in the correct position.Adjust properly and check alignment from both sides.Mark 2–3 small points where the nails will go.Apply a thin layer of Fevicol (wood glue) on the back of the bear face for extra strength.Hold the piece firmly in place.Carefully insert a small nail through the marked point.Gently tap the nail using a hammer.Hammer slowly and straight to avoid cracks in MDF.Repeat the same for other nails.
Check that the face is tightly fixed and stable.
Finishing Touch
Clean any extra glue marks.Apply clear varnish for a premium shine (optional).
Check balance and stability before use.
