This is a low to no cost project. This is a binder clip catupult that launches coins.

Materials

This is a list of the materials.

Pencil (pen will work too)
Rubber Band
Binder clip

Now, wrap the rubber bband around the metal clamps like this.

Now, take the biner clip and open it up just enough to slide the pencil in. It should look like this.
