I made a quick animation of a ball bouncing between multiple planes using the built in physics engine of blender.

Supplies

For this instructible you will need a computer installed with Blender 5.1.2.

To add objects press the keys Shift + A. select mesh then plane and select mesh then UV sphere.

Orient Shapes

Select your sphere with the move tool in the top left corner of your workspace and pull the blue arrow up. you can also rotate the plane to change where the sphere will bounce using the rotate tool under the the move tool.

First select the sphere and go to the physics tab on the right. Then select ridged body and change the bounciness under the surface response tab from 0 to 1. Next select your plane, repeat the steps for the sphere except change the ridged body type from active to passive.

Start the Animation

At the bottom of the screen there is a start animation button press it and it starts your animation. Now you should have a functioning animation. If you want to improve this you can tweak the bounciness or add more planes for the ball to bounce on.
