Things you need: poster-board, book, something to cut with, ruler, and glue.
Step 1
Find the center of the board.
Make a Circle Shape
Cut Out the Circle
Start Folding the Book Page Into a Cone Shape
Squeeze the Bottom of the Cone
Fold the Bottom of the Cone
Start Putting the Cone Shapes Together on the Board With Glue
Keep Repeating the Process Until the Whole Board Is Covered With Paper
