Bourbon & Pear Cocktail

I recently left pears out over the weekend and they got over ripe. They were so delightful to begin with that I hated throwing them out soon I decided to use them in a cocktail concoction.

I used three ingredients for my special drink

Bourbon

Over ripe pear

bitters

the supplies needed are a muddler, knife, and a glass

Slice a piece of the pear, place it in a glass, add a dash of bitters

muddle the pear and bitters

pour the Bourbon of your choice. My new favorite is Bulleit Bourbon
