CNC Woodworking Challenge Shelf Deco ICHS
By Tyler Barker and Adam Gibson
Everybody has tangled cords and unorganized items next to their bed. We decided to solve this problem and make a multipurpose decoration. Our shelf aids organization anywhere. It includes a cup holder indent, and simple space to rest your Bible, phone, journal, lamp, wallet, keys, and more!
The first thing we did was brainstorm ideas. We came up with a bunch of ideas, but one idea really stood out and sounded the best to do with what we have. That idea was to make a multipurpose decoration or add-on to give you more storage and organization. The first thing we thought of was that it can go on top of your coffee table, desk, or even on your wall.

Cut Two Dimensional Boards for the Pieces We Need.
This was unique because we had to leave some wood on some of the boards. That extra wood allowed us to be able to clamp the boards in order to CNC cut where we wanted. Our 2 minute 11 second montage of us cutting wood got corrupted sooo... yea. rip
