Put some baking soda in the middle of the paper towel. Then fold it long ways. Then fold it the other way. Then twist the tip do it fits through the hole in the cap.

Pour water so it fills one forth of the bottle. Then pour enough vinegar to have the bottle half full. Next heat up your pointy metal object and poke a hole in the top. Then make it wider with a screwdriver.

Put the pouch in the bottle without letting it fall into the liquid, it may need some force but make sure it doesn't rip. put the tip in the cap and make sure it stays. Then twist on the cap and it should stay.

To use it shove the tip into the bottle and shake it vigorously toward the fire. Works like a charm.
