This knife is made from mild steel. I cut it out with an angle grinder. I shaped it with an angle grinder.I used my belt sander to grind the bevel on side, like a chisel. I used a waxy tropical wood. the pins are 1/4 brass. I epoxied it all together and shaped it with a belt sander and then sandpaper I finished it with linseed oil as always.
