Cinderella in Rags

This is a simple comfortable costume that could be made in any size.
  The skirt is made from attaching 3 foot strips of 6 inch tulle to a crochet headband.
  The top is open in the back . I used snaps for closure. The headband is a large triangle of fabric. I made the apron from a rectangle of white cotton with a long strip across the top to tie in back. The apron has a patch sew on the front.
