Compact House Architectural Model

This architectural model shows a design for a compact and repeatable home which can be used to save space without compromising its modern appearance.

3 mm balsa wood, 3 mm clear plastic panels, 3 mm poured concrete walls.

This instructable details the construction for both upper and lower floors of the model home with measurements for each part. pieces are put together using superglue and wood glue

The first floor is built by gluing the five wall parts together, and adding the vertical beams in the corners and walls. After, the 2nd floor is added on top.

The second floor is built by gluing the four walls together, and adding the beams by lining them up with the beams in the first floor. Finally, the roof is glued on top.
