Cool DIY Batman Fidget Spinner (Without Bearings)

Hi everyone!

Fidget Spinners are simple but great toys, everyone loves them. If you're not aware of what these are, they're basically a toy for when you have nothing to do.

How to make a Handcrafted Fidget Spinner made from recycled items!

I am a big fan of Batman…and…

In this Instructable, we will be building a Batman Fidget Spinner without bearings.

You had simply to follow the step-by-step instructions to make it and try it out yourself.

So without further ado, let's get making!

Video Tutorial:

Material:

• 9 Jumbo craft sticks
• Non-working ballpoint pen(using ink tube & outer tube)
• Two Hex nuts
• Yellow paper or decal

Tools:

• Ruler & pencil
• Wood glue
• Utility knife
• Scissor
• Abrasive sandpaper (approximately 180 grit, 400 grit)
• Paint brush & Acrylic colors (Black)
• Binder clips
• Mini Drill (optional)

Take 5 Jumbo craft sticks and mark the spots with a pencil, then

cut the sticks along the pencil marks with a utility knife, a total of 11 pieces of craft stick.

The first board : 3 long pieces of craft stick.

The second board: 5 short pieces of craft stick.

The third board: same as the first one.

Carefully glue each piece one at a time as shown using wood glue.

Print 3 Batman Fidget Spinner templates, each image was glued at the top of each board.

Cut three shapes out of the boards with a utility knife, cut holes for the hex nuts, glue them together using wood glue.

Drill a hole at the center, the diameter of the hole is equal to the outside diameter of the outer tube(of ink tube).

Sand with sandpaper until everything is smooth and perfect.

Take the remaining 4 Jumbo craft sticks to make the caps.

Press the hex nuts inside the hex holes then gluing the cover caps into the hex nut places.

Cutting a piece of ink tube and a piece of outer tube (get from ballpoint pen)

Paint the entire Fidget Spinner and the caps with black acrylic color using a paintbrush.

Let it dry completely.

Press fit the piece of outer tube inside the center hole of

Fidget Spinner then press the piece of ink tube inside the outer tube.

And then again press fit the top and bottom caps on to the ink tube.

You can use bearings instead of ink tube of ballpoint pen that will work perfectly.

The Cool DIY Batman Fidget Spinner is now ready.
