Creamy Tomato Pasta
This creamy tomato pasta is a quick and easy alternative to vodka pasta; without the vodka. When I was first learning how to cook, pasta was the easiest thing to learn and experiment with, and this recipe is one that has stuck with me through my learning process. What I like most about it are the minimal ingredients used in order to make a large, flavorful meal.
