Go to Https://console.developers.google.com

Enter Your Project Name and Hit Create

OAuth Consent Screen -> External -> Create

Give Your App a Name -> Enter Support Email -> Scroll Down

Enter Developer Email -> Save and Continue

Credentials -> Create Credentials -> OAuth Client ID
