Supplies

1) Plywood oak

2) Tablesaw

3) Measuring tape

4) Thin aluminum sheet

5) Tri-Bond III ultimate wood glue

6) Nail gun

7) Clamps

8) Sand paper

9) Pre-stain wood conditioner

10) Restor-A-Finish stain (walnut)

11) Wood filler

13) Cloth or paper towel for wooden finish

14) Machine metal cutter

1) Cut two of 29.5" x 9.25" (if unable to cut them in one piece, use additional wood to create multiple pieces and align them together with glue and joints)

2) Cut two of 5" x 9.25"

3) Cut two of 3.5" x 9.25"

4) Cut three of 3.5" by 9.25" and thin them down about .5"

5) Cut one 9.25" x 7.5" and thin it down to about .5"

6) Cut one 31" x 5"

7) First use 60 grit and then 320 grit sand paper on all the pieces surfaces. Then, use 320 grit on the edges.

8) Assemble a 29.5" x 9.25" with two 5" x 9.25." Apply glue on the inner edge of the 5" x 9.25" and place on shorter outer edge of 29.5" x 9.25." Use clamps and then nail gun 5-7 nails on the adhesion.

9) Assemble 31" x 5" on the assembly as the backing with wood glue and nail gun. Use clamps to tightly hold in place.

10) Assemble 3.5" x 9.25" x .5" pieces as the shelf walls, and separate them about 9.25" apart. Apply with wood glue and nail gun them from the base. We want to keep the shelf top no hole exposure and as clean as possible.

11) Assemble the second 29.5" x 9.25" on the assembly as the base. Apply glue with clamps and nail gun.

12) Assemble 9.25" x 7.5" x .5" on the middle shelf and a 3.5" x 9.25" x .5" above it. Use glue.

13) Assemble 3.5" x 9.25" x .5" one of the left and one on the right shelf. Place them furthermost from the center and apply with glue.

14) Apply pre-stain with cloth of paper towel and air dry it for at least 30 minutes

15) Apply wooden finish with cloth or paper towel, and air dry it for at least an hour

1) Cut two pieces of 11" x 9", 9.25" x 9" and 8.5" x 9.5" of each

2) Apply wood glue on the inner edge face of 11" x 9", and assemble it onto the outer edge of the 9.25" x 9"

3) Assemble the two 8.5" x 9.5" before the last 9.25" x 9", and apply wood glue on the out edges of it

4) Use clamps and nail gun to hold the pieces tightly together

6) Gun 5-7 nails near the edges of each surface

7) Assemble the last surface of the stand and gun 5-7 nails near each edge

8) First sand the surfaces with 60 grit to remove rough surfaces. Then, use 320 grit to smooth out the surfaces and edges.

9) Apply pre-stain and let it dry for at least 30 minutes

10) Apply wooden finish with a cloth or paper towel on each surface

11) Let the stand air dry for at least an hour

1) Cut two pieces of 10" x 6.5"

2) Cut one piece 13" x 11"

3) Cut one piece 13" x 7"

4) Have all pieces thinned down to .5"

5) Assemble together with clamps, wood glue and nail gun

6) Once everything is assembled, sand paper with 60 grit ti remove rough surfaces and 320 grit to smooth out

7) Apply pre-stain and let it dry for at least 30 minutes

8) Apply wooden finish and let it dry for at least an hour
