I made these cute little mini frames out of cardboard! 🥹🎨

My work may not have the best finishing, but I’ve given it my best effort and done as much as I could. And you know what? That’s okay! Not everything has to be perfect. ❤️

What matters is that we try, learn, create, and enjoy the process. Every little imperfection is a part of the journey, and I’m proud of what I’ve made with my own hands. ♻️✨

First, I took an A1-size sheet of paper, but you can use any plain paper you have. I drew a border according to the size of my frame and started sketching my cute little character with a light hand.

I used light pencil strokes intentionally so that if I made any mistakes, I could erase them without leaving noticeable marks. It's a little trick that helps keep your artwork neat! ✨

Once I finished the sketch, I darkened the pencil lines a little so they would be clearly visible while painting. This made it easier to follow the outlines and paint the character neatly.

Painting and Outlining Cute Characters 🎨✨

Next, I started painting my characters. Since I also had to paint the background, I carefully painted around the characters and along the borders first. This helped prevent the paint from spilling over and ruining my cute little drawings.

I used acrylic paints, but you can use any colours you like. It's your creation, so you're free to experiment and let your creativity shine! 🌈❤️

Once the paint had dried, I outlined my drawings using a thin black marker. And trust me, this little step brought my drawings to life! They started looking even cuter, more defined, and aesthetically pleasing. 🥹🖤

Cutting and Assembling the Mini Frame ✂️🖼️

Now, carefully cut out your artwork using a paper cutter or scissors. Next, cut a piece of cardboard according to the size of your frame and stick your artwork onto it using Fevicol.

Once everything is glued in place, draw borders around the artwork to mark the exact dimensions of the frame’s top section. This will help us create a neat and properly sized frame in the next step.

And remember, take your time with the cutting and measuring to get the best results!

Now, let's cut out the frame pieces that will go on top of our artwork. Before attaching them, we'll paint both frames white. This will make it easier to apply the final colours and help them look more vibrant.

I painted one frame green and the other sky blue. 💚🩵 Once the paint had dried completely, I glued the frames onto my artwork using Fevicol.

And finally, our cute little mini frames are ready! 🥹✨

I know the pictures aren't the best, but I took them all using my mobile phone. I'm still learning, and I'm doing my best with whatever resources I have. ❤️

Remember, you don't need expensive equipment or perfect skills to create something beautiful. All you need is a little creativity, patience, and the willingness to try!
