DIY Body Butter | Migraine Relief
Hello friends! Welcome to a DIY! This is a DIY body butter which helps with migraine headaches when you add magnesium oil. This can be done with a wisk but easier if you use beaters or a stick blender.
Headaches and migraines may be caused by a lack of magnesium and diet. Magnesium supplements don't help too much but I did find that magnesium oil will aide in getting the magnesium into your body. I put in the body butter or For migraine relief, you can use the magnesium oil by itself or the body butter. there are so many benefits to magnesium oil, the big one I found was migraine relief!! Almost a cure but I will say it does take time. Apply the magnesium oil and lay down for about 30 minutes.
