DIY Paper Plane



In this guide, I am going to show you how to make a paper plane. Everyone can enjoy making paper planes.
A paper plane can be made by as young as a five-year-old or as old as a seventy-year-old. The paper plane I am going to show you today is very easy to make and fly.
Supplies

A4 size blank paper/Coloured paper
Cello Tape
Take Your Paper

Take your paper
Fold

Fold it into half vertically.
Open

Open the folded paper and flip
Fold

Fold the upper part approximately 1 inch
Flip

Flip the paper
Fold


Fold the upper corners to the middle line
Fold

Fold the upper part down.
Fold

Again, fold the lower corner to the upper tip
Flip

Flip the paper
Fold

Fold the corners again as you did in step 6
Open

Open the folded corners
Fold


Fold the small corners to the crease fold made in step 10
Fold


Now, again fold the paper along the crease you folded in step 10
Insert

Now, You should get 2 layers on the upper corner and a pocket on one of the layers. All you have to do is to insert the upper layer carefully into the pocket.
Flip


Flip the paper
Fold

Fold paper into half vertically
Fold, Flip and Fold


Now you will be again getting 2 layers on one side. You have to fold one of them to the edge to make your wings. flip the plane and repeat for another side as well.
Almost Ready

Now you will be getting something like this after opening it.
Make Elevators


Hold the plane by its vertical stabilizer and fold the edge upwards as shown. This will generate lift for the plane to help it fly higher and longer.
Add Tape

Now finally add some tape at bottom.
Fly



Your paper is finally ready to fly. Throw it into the air while holding it upside down by its vertical stabilizer.
