DIY Tutorial - How to Make Brass Bracelet & Gold-Foiled Resin

Tools and materials:

AB resin glue, glass balls（2 sizes）, golden gold foil and rose gold foil, brass piece, letter stamp, metal crafting tools, measuring tools, tweezers, pliers.

Draw out the design of the bracelet and you shall be aware of the materials and sizes.

Pick one piece of brass and locate its center-position for marking. Choose the stamps of the letters you want and place the brass piece onto the platform. The stamps will face the surface of the brass and we will use hammer to hammer the other end of the letter stamps, which will make the letters crafted onto the brass piece.

Place the brass piece onto the heating platform and heat the brass to soften it. Cool it off in the water.

The softened brass piece will be bent and do circle onto the bracelet mould. Hammer it with soft hammer to adjust its shape of a bracelet.

The brass bracelet will be put into the machine to clean off the dirt.

The cleaned brass bracelet will be compared to the chosen glass balls.

The proportion of the A glue and B glue will be 3:1 and we will do measuring about the amount. Stir and mix up the A glue and B glue evenly and wait for 10 minutes so the bubbles will disappear.

Pick different foils of different colors and put them into the glass balls mixing.

Use tools to pick up the glue and put them into the decorated glass balls for 90 ％ full. Be aware that you shall not fill up the glass balls to leave some space so the end of the bracelet could be fixed into. 12 hours for the glue to dry up.

Make some glue for back up. The space of the glass balls shall be filled with glue and we will plug the brass bracelet into the glass balls and adjust its position well. Use tools to fix the position well and wait for 12 hours for the glue to dry up.
