DND Interactive Map
If you like playing DND, but keep losing track of your world, this map is for you. You can map your neighborhood, your local park, or draw something entirely new.
Supplies
For this project you will need;
- graph paper
- colored pencils/pens
- 3D printer
- Acrylic paints(optional)
Draw a Map
Take your sheet of graph paper and draw a map on it. It can be any shape; blobby, round, dragonesc. It can have rivers, islands, structures. The sky is the limit, just draw a closed shape on your sheet of graph paper.
Print Attached File
send this file to your 3d printer. It's set up for a Bambu lab printer, but if you just download the file and send it to your own slicer it will work just as well. If your printer has difficulties with overhangs, you may want to slow it down, but it should be good how it is. You can of course adjust the size of the tiles based on your needs/wants, but I found this size to work fairly well. I Like to paint them after I print them based on what I plan on using them for, or you can just print them in different colors, or add textures; this part's pretty customizable.

Play
I like to play at a perfect 1-1 ratio, where one tile=one square on the graph paper. Use the tiles for play, to keep it visual and appealing, and keep track of your moves on the graph paper and follow where you are in terms of your position on the map.
