Difficult Paper Jet Plane With Functional BOMB BAYS: Haymaker

Now that you’ve folded my easy planes… I think it’s just about time to step it up a notch with difficulty. Today I’m gonna teach you how to make a jet designed by irrelEvant paper planes called Haymaker.

Square sheet of paper (I’m using 25x25)

patience (your gonna need a lot of it)

two hands

Fold in half once and in half again.

Unfold the second half, fold to the center, then back across the edge you just made, then squash fold with the pre existing creases.

Flip it over and squash it again as shown.

Fold up the extra flap and then make make creases like how you would make a rabbit ear fold just without folding both creases in at the same time.

Unfold the kind of rabbit ear creases, flip over, fold down on an intersecting point, then fold in the rabbit ear creases again, flip over and fold the side to what’s gonna be the jet fold line, flip it over again and fold to the center… (yeesh that was kind of a lot)

(I showed you once, I’m not showing you again because that would be way too much and take up more time)

Release the trapped paper from underneath and squash that flap.

(You should be able to figure this one out yourself… I just don’t know how to explain it that well)

In fold the swivels wings, unfold a side flap, take the straight crease, pinch it and push it up, then re collapse the wings back down.

(Sorry… I don’t know how to explain this either…)

too much… way too much explaining for this step so I’m not gonna bother explaining. The pictures should be able to explain it well enough…

(I did mention that this will take patience didn’t I?)

Fold up the bomb bay flap as far as it can go, fold down on the long end to a specific point I marked, fold the short end down all the way, lastly spread squash the bomb bay and fold it in half.

Just do everything you just did on the other side.

This is just preparing for the cockpit.

Just make sure when you fold the side pockets back in that they’re not on the inside.

Just do everything thing as shown.

(I just want to say sorry if I’m not explaining it to your liking)

Release the trapped paper from behind and squash it.

Fold down on where I marked and swivel over the back side of the cockpit so it won’t tear.

Where I marked is where you fold behind.

Just shove the flaps on the bottom to the inside of the plane (almost… not all the way)

Fold up both thick layers on both sides and jet fold by bringing the two side in.

Just inside reverse fold the tail fin back up.

Roll the bottom flap to the inside of the plane twice to lock it.

Now just fold up the wings along the jet fold.

I wouldn’t recommend to throw this thing… but that’s just me talking lol.
