I made this disc golf goal out of a couple pressure tanks like the blue one in the picture! I used the plastic base from one for the top and the other for my base. The top of the tank is my basket. I made a couple of rings out of some round stock to connect the chains around the pole. It was going to be portable so I made it come apart in sections but it was a little to wobbly so I welded it all together. It's slightly smaller then a regulation PDGA goal which is good for practice anyway! The only thing that was new on this was the chain & the bolts connecting the chain to the plastic and the plastic to the steel up top & down below, every thing else was scap! It's a pretty easy project as long as you have access to a wire feed welder.
