  1. I kneaded the black polymer clay ( I used Fimo Professional ) to make it soft.
  2. drew a dragon 2D image roughly.
  3. Started to shape the dragon slowly putting the clay over the drawn image to match the proportion.
  4. I baked the piece in oven ( according to the clay package instruction's temperature ) many times in between sculpting so that while I touch other parts to sculpt more, the remaining piece doesn't get mooshed. baking the piece make the pieces hard, so it stays in shape while I sculpt other parts.
  5. After baking each time, I use Bake & Bond on the new spots where I start to resculpt, using the Bake & bond as glue.

  1. After the shape of the dragon body was done, it wa time to sculp the wing.
  2. I Sketched the wing on a wax paper, then rolled a sheet of black clay, put the paper over the clay, traced the winch skeleton lines over the clay and then removed the paper. over the traced lines on the clay, I cut out the wings accordingly. Attached the wings on the back of the dragon body. used Bake & bond aswell on the attaching spots.
  3. Baked it.
  4. Then I rolled out thin sheets of black clay again. Applied Bake & bond over the wings and attached thin pieces of sheets over the wings. dotted with metal ball tool to create some texture.
  5. Baked again.
