Easy, Healthy, 5 Ingredient Snack


In this tutorial, I will be teaching you to make a simple snack that can be done fast and is perfect for a healthy craving.
Supplies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups, no-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons, honey
- 1/4 tablespoon, vanilla extract
- 1 cup, any frozen fruit of your choosing
- OPTIONAL: 30g, protein powder of your choosing
Tools:
- Tablespoon
- Bowl
- Baking plate
- Baking sheet or aluminum foil
​First, You Need to Prepare and Get Ready All of Your Ingredients and Tools for Making This Snack From the List Above

Add Your 2 Cups of No-fat Greek Yogurt Into the Bowl

Pour in 1/4 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract

Now Add 2 Tablespoons of Honey

Then You Want to Add Around a Cup of Any Frozen Fruits of Your Choosing

(In this recipe I used a mix of frozen fruits)
Lastly You Can Add 30g of Any Protein Power (Optional, But Can Add to Flavor and Make It Healthier)

(In this recipe I used whey vanilla protein powder)
Mix Everything Well Until You Get an Even Consistency With Your Fruit Pieces Evenly Distributed

Now, Pour Everything on Either a Baking Sheet or Foil on a Tabled

Put the Tablet in Your Freezer and Wait for Around 2 Hours Until the Consistency Is Hardened

Now You Can Take It Out and Cut It Into Pieces to Eat Individually and Share

(Don't forget to put it back into the freezer so it won't melt)
