Easy Chinese Paper Lantern

Hi I will be teaching you how to make a per lantern. Here are the supplies:

  1. paper

2.pencil or pen

3.scissors

4.tape

Step 1

Fold a piece of paper and cut it not the whole way though.

Step 2

Act like you are coiling tape byt with paper

Step 3

Cut a small rectangular piece and tape it to the sides you would like it.

Step 4

Cut out a bottom, tape it on and enjoy.
