External Battery Pack for Electronic Safe.

What happens when the internal battery is dead and you lost your master key to open your electronic safe? Crap happens that's what!

To negate such evil I install an external battery to allow rapid changeout when they are depleted.

I used my drill to make a hole to feed the wires from the 4 cell holder.

I used double sided tape to secure the battery holder.

Quick solder to the positive and negative poles on the original battery holder.

Now the safe can be used all the time. There is no way possible for the solenoid in the safe to be bypassed using this configuration. The electronics are protected inside the safe itself.
