Cut Out the Paper, and Glue It to the Alu Plate.
Cut Out Close to the Paper Shape
Drill the Holes, Start With a Small Diameter, and Clamp the Plate Down.
File the Part Down to the Lines on the Print.
Remove the Paper Debur and Sand, the Plate to Get a Nice Finish.
