F-91W LCD Back Reflector Improvement

This mod is intended to improve the visibility of the Casio f-91W watch by adding a reflective tape to a 3D printed diffuser. Alternately a thin clear piece of plastic can be used to attach the reflective tape to.

Print the transparent light spreader

Uses a precision screwdriver to remove the four screws on the back of the watch. Then use the flat tip of the box cutter to remove the casio backplate from the 593 module. Be careful to not bend the clips too much.

I used my watch strap screwdriver, wrench, SD card holder mod to disasemble the watch.

First image, gather the spreader and cut a rough section of the reflective sticker.

Second image attach the sticker to the back of the light spreader.

Third image use the box cutter to remove the excess of the spreader.

Fourth image shows the assembly of the light spreader in the module.

First image shows before (normal).

Second image shows after (brighter). In low light conditions this mod shows better.
