This section really only depends on the milk you choose. If you picked plain milk, this is just a way to add some flavor to it if you would like. Some cereals do really well flavoring the milk on their own too. It all depends on your preference.
When making the pops for this Instructable, I used this Vanilla Milk recipe:

Take 1/2 Teaspoon Sugar, 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract, and 1 Cup of Milk. Stir well.

Fill Popsicle Trays!

Grab your cereal or cereals of choice and fill your popsicle tray or cups about halfway up with it.

For my first run pictured in this Instructable I only filled it about a 1/4 of the way which didn't seem like enough when they set. So I suggest halfway at least.

Add Milk!

Next pour or funnel in the milk of your choice into the tray. Fill all the way to the top.

For the Fruit Loops, I used Strawberry Milk.
For the Cocoa Pebbles, I used Chocolate Milk.
For the Captain Crunch, Lucky Charms, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch I used Vanilla Milk.

Freezing!

Remove the pops after 5-7 hours and snack away!

In hindsight, there are some things I learned along the way I'll share with you. First off, the lucky charms did not work as planned. The marshmallows disintegrated before the milk froze. So while they tasted great, they didn't look as pretty. Also, next time I would go more crazy with the amount of cereal I used so that it is more dispersed through the popsicle. I actually did include a picture of the second run I made with cinnamon toast crunch. I did put more cereal and as you can see in the picture it spread out a lot better.
