Hand Forged Blade

i made a hand forged bush craft knife i build it for outdoor purposes and hunting purposes

heat the steel up in the forge and foge the point and shape of the knife u want according to your design

after u got you knife shape sand it down and clean the edges. start adding your bevel

after the shaping is done heat up your knife until it is non magnetic and quench it in oil.(different steel types use deferent heat treatment processes and temperatures)

after the heat treatment is done clean the knife up and glue your handle material on using epoxy. after the epoxy is cured.sand your handle down until it fits comfortable in your hand. polish the knife edge and give it a sharp edge . after polishing i useably use a wet stone to make sure the edge is sharp
