Cut Tube


Cut and drill the 48" tube into 6 of the pictured pieces. Debur the holes and sides.
Tie Rope



Find the midpoint of the rope and wrap with tape. Tie a double granny knot making a eyelet for the carabiner.
The next steps are easier if you then attach the carabiner to the eyelet and clip it to something solid so you have some tension when placing the rungs.
Now slide the first rung up and tie the knot pictured second. Repeat with the next 5.
Tie a barrel knot at the bottom of both ropes.
3D Print

Print 5x tube connecters. Slide into the tubes.
Hook


Cut and weld the hook. Cut 2x wing pieces and weld at 45° to the hook body.
The pencil goes into the top piece of the ladder and is used for placing the hook.
