High Pressure Water Pump From PVC Pipe
An impeller and a housing are needed to direct the water flow, which makes the construction of a DIY centrifugal water pump slightly more complicated than that of a basic reciprocating pump. This is a basic instruction for constructing a small centrifugal pump.
Supplies

We need following Materials for making centrifugal water pump.
1) 12 Volt 775 DC Motor ( Link to Buy )
2) 50 X 32 mm PVC Reducing Coupling
3) 50 mm PVC Coupling
4) 32 X 20 mm PVC Reducing Coupling
5) 20 mm PVC Pipe
6) 20 mm L Joint ( 90 Degree )
7) Bike Tube ( For Gasket )
8) 9 volt Battery
9) 3 ml Syringe
Tools
1) Drill machine and bits
2) Sand Paper
3) Saw
4) Marker Pen
5) Glue and Glue Gun
6) Screw Driver
Casing

Mark the holes for the 775 DC motor shaft and fixing screw first by taking a 50 mm PVC cape. Next, use a drill machine to cut 3 mm screw holes and a 12 mm hole in the centre for the DC motor shaft.
Cutting and Sanding

Now, trim this cap off 10 mm down. Before cutting this cap, indicate the cutting line using a pen. Next, use a hand saw to cut out this section, and sand it for a while using sand paper.
Gasket

Next, take a section of bike tube, cut it into a circle shape with scissors, and mark exactly the same holes for the screw and shaft. Then, use a cutter to create holes. Now, insert the rubber gasket through the shaft first, followed by the PVC case, as shown in the pictures. Next, use two 3mm screws to secure this.
Shaft Coupling

Right now Using a cutter, cut the 3 ml syringe from the 0.5 ml marking. Once within the DC motor shaft, insert the syringe as indicated by the picture.
Impeller

The impeller that accelerates water out from the centre of rotation needs to be made now. Take one 3 cm by 3 cm square piece of aluminium. Next, split this page into three equal parts, both vertically and horizontally. A total of nine 1 cm by 1 cm squares are available. Using a drill, create a single hole in the centre of the 8 mm sheet.
Next, mark the cutting portion as per the illustration. Now use metal cutting scissors to cut this surplus portion. Next, use pliers to bend aluminium to create an impeller. Now the impeller looks like the last image.
Assembly of Impeller

As seen in the picture, now attach the impeller to the 12 volt DC motor shaft. Next, power this DC motor with 9 volts, and check to see if the impeller is operating accurately.
Outlet

Now, take a foot of 20mm PVC pipe and use a hand saw to cut a smaller piece at an angle. Next, use sand paper to create a curve on the sloped side, similar to the final image.
Outlet Hole

Now, mark the circle for the outlet hole by mounting a 20 mm PVC pipe on a 50 X 32 mm reduction coupler. Then, bore a hole in the reducing coupling using a drill machine and a 20 mm drill bit.
Now, as seen in the image, put some glue on the hole's side and insert the 20 mm PVC pipe.
Joint

Using a hot glue gun, attach the reduction coupling to the DC motor PVC cap after attaching the 2 cm long 50mm PVC pipe to it.
Extend Outlet and Inlet

Next, attach the 20 mm L PVC junction to the outlet pipe. Next, place a 32 mm × 20 mm PVC reducer into a 50 mm × 32 mm PVC reducer, then seal the airtightness with hot glue. As seen in the final image, now attach the extension pipe to this intake using a 20 mm PVC pipe and a L joint.
Platform

The centrifugal pump is now operational; nevertheless, place this water pump on the proper platform. Place a water pump DC motor on a single rectangular wooden piece and tighten the screw as shown in the last image.
After that, turn on and off the water pump by providing it with 9 volts of power and switch.
Working

After filling a basket with water, immerse the inlet in the water and start the water pump. In a second or two, water will flow from the outlet.
