Many smartphone users experience difficulty charging their phones while using a stand because charging cables often bend awkwardly, fall out of place, or do not fit properly through the stand. This can lead to unstable phone positioning, damaged cables, and inconvenience during activities such as watching videos, video calling, or studying. This project aims to solve this problem by designing a 3D printed phone stand with a built-in USB Type-C slot that allows the charging cable to pass through and connect directly to the phone while it is being supported. The slot is carefully sized to fit the USB-C connector, ensuring easy insertion while keeping the cable aligned and secure. By combining phone support and charging access into one design, this invention improves usability, stability, and overall user convenience.

How It Works

Many phone stands do not allow easy charging because the cable does not fit properly or bends out of place. This makes the phone unstable and inconvenient to use while charging. This project solves this problem by designing a 3D printed phone stand with a built-in USB Type-C slot that lets the charging cable pass through and connect to the phone easily. This keeps the phone secure while allowing hands-free use during charging.
