Homemade Door Alarm System! (loud)

today we will be making a Homemade Door Alarm System!

the things you need for the door alarm is...

1. hot glue gun
2. a platform (I'm using cardboard)
3. plastic cup
4. scissors
5. a small bottle cap
6. motor
7. batteries
8. wires (or aluminium i couldn't afford to buy the wires)
9. small spring from a pen
10. string

for this step you need to cut a strip of cardboard 1 by 3.5 inches, then hot glue the cap on one side of the cardboard strip with a piece of the cap sticking out like the image above.

for this step you have to glue the arm we made onto the motor like so. (make sure you glue it on securely! I don't want you to accidentally hurt yourself!)

glue the plastic cup on and the motor with the arm on the platform in a way where the cap will hit the bottom but not comply stop it.

make a room for your battery with the bottom having aluminium covering it with one side of the rectangle sorter then the rest like so

Pretty easy stuff to do all you have to do is make the spring go through the cardboard and make sure the spring and the battery don't touch or else the alarm will go off

Now all you have to do left is to connect a string to the piece of cardboard you put between the spring and the battery and then after that connect the string to the door and what should happen is when you open the door the cardboard gets yanked out and the alarm goes off
