Homemade Goldfish Squares

P1000386.JPG
I was thinking as I was eating goldfish recently when I looked at the table of  contents and I see all these things I can't even pronounce and I am very suspicious.  I think what if I could make something similar with just cheese, flour and salt so I got to baking!

Ingredients

The ingredients in these goldfish squares are
                                    1 cup flour
                                    3/4 teaspoon salt
4 oz shredded cheese(I used orange)
                                     Cold water
1/4 cholula hot sauce(or really any kind but sriracha it has no flavor)

            Tools

                        Food processor
                         Plastic bag
                        Rolling pin

Grind!

Put all ingredients in a bowl but the cold water.  put thing  in the food proccessor and put it on pulse until it's crumbly.

Dough!

P1000384.JPG
Take the Crumbly ingredients and squeeze it into a ball and slowly by the teaspoon mix water into it until it is a nice dough like texture  now wrap it  in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for a half hour. ( 30 minutes )

Roll!

Now, take plastic wrap or baking sheets and lay your dough down on it  and get out your rolling pin and roll it out so it is about 1/8 inch up and down.

Bake!

Now, take your dough off of the foil and onto a pan that is. Buttered down.

Design!

Now it's time to design! you may have a cookie cutter or just a knife and you can cut a design into it. Now put them in he oven until they are crispy on the bottom. And maybe even before that whatever seems right.
