Here is how to make a simple paper toy in three simple steps!

Fold the paper in half

Unfold it and fold the bottom flap to the middle seem
And then fold that bottom flap to the seem again and again once more

Then fold it half way lengthwise and their you have it an annoying fun piece of paper
