Fold the paper's top to the sides. Then fold it over itself. Pull the paper down over itself so it is two separate layers.

Take the outer tips of the top layer of the cover fold and pull them up to the front. Then unfold both and fold down the front weight.

Beginning by folding the "landing gear" fold, you must fold the paper over itself again. After you've done this, fold the paper into itself. After this, it should now be a triangle. Then squash it down along the center to make the nacelle. Open it to define it, then squash it down along the fold lines once more. Repeat all of this on the other side.
Wing Folding

Fold the wings down from about 3/4 inch above the center line.

Fold your winglets up 3/4 of an inch from the wingtips. Repeat on the other side. After this is done, open the airfoil and fold it along the root of the winglet. Repeat on the other side.
Taping

You have reached the final stage of contstruction. Take the front and back together, then tape (inboard of) the nacelles to the airfoil.

Your Scorpion is now complete. Put some rockets in its two nacelles, or just throw it. Enjoy!
