Fast, long range and versatile, the Super Kingfisher is an excellent choice for its many different abilities. It is a good choice for aviators looking for gliders that have long hangtimes but good speed characteristics too.
This is a distant descendant of the Kingfisher paper airplane, which had somewhat similar capabilities to this aircraft.
TAA USAF Designation: A107-1

To begin, fold your paper in half along its width. Once it is folded in half along its width, pull the corner folds down. Then pull the nose tip back to the airfoil folds.

To make your security fold, pull the diagonal edges of the nose fold into the center. Make sure that you align it so that the point on the leading edge corresponds with the airfoil at the wingtip before creasing. Then crease and repeat on the other side. Then pull the triangle you have made forward. Fold the paper up in half along its center crease.
Wing Folding

Fold your wings down starting from the front and have them directly fold over the triangular security fold, and continue the same crease to the other end of the paper. Repeat on the other side.

Tape your Super Kingfisher at its front, back and across the wing root at the rear of the aircraft.

Fold of your airplane's wings down, and measure a line from the end of the second airfoil to the rear of the airframe, parallel to the wing root. Then cut down the center line of the fuselage to the end of the second airfoil. Then fold the two layers of paper up along the line you made previously. Tape where the fins separate from the fuselage. Give your ventral fins an anhedral deflection of roughly 20 degrees.
Flight

To make your Super Kingfisher perform the longest and fastest flights it is capable of, give it a moderate throw at a neutral or negative attitude. After several flights, the ventral fins may need to be trimmed again. There are many areas on the Super Kingfisher capable of modification; and additional surfaces such as flaps, air brakes, elevators, ailerons, elevons, and a rudder. Enjoy!
