Fold your paper along it's length. Then pull the corner down to the center. Repeat on the other side.

Pull the nose downwards along the bottom of the corner folds. Then pull the paper into the center again, although not completely so as to keep the nose blunt. These steps should make the paper resemble a Super Dart (https://www.instructables.com/id/How-To-Make-The-Super-Dart-Paper-Airplane/) in production.
Open Your Folds

Now open your paper back up to what it looked like at the end of Step 2, this time with several new creases. In reverse order of Step 3, undo all the folds you made there.
Refold Along the Creases

Fold your paper down along the creases created in Step 3, however, do not follow the fold lines as they were in Step 3.
Fold the "sweep" crease (as seen in Picture #1 here) down. Repeat on the other side. Then fold and flatten the "pocket" of paper down along the center line of the paper. When this is flattened, fold the "lock" under

Fold your Tigershark in half along it's center fold. Then fold the landing gear down along the length parrallel to the center fold as landing gear. Repeat on the other side. Fold the wings down over them.

Use your ruler to measure half an inch from the wing root fold on either side. The fold at half an inch from the fuselage will become the landing gear.
Taping

Tape the various places cited down. These tapings will reduce drag, and increase speed and strength.

Your Tigershark is now ready to streak across the sky. Throw as you would a normal dart.
