Print out your design, this can be done on a small printer, or large format like us. You do need to use Dye Sublimation inks so you can heat press the design.

Heat press the image onto white neoprene. This can be done 1 at a time, or in bulk like we do. The approximate time is 45 seconds per press, but this can vary based on your heat press. Be careful, the heat press will be very hot and so is the neoprene once printed.

Sew up your stubby holders buy using a sewing machine, we use an industrial machine so we can sew up loads of stubby holders, but this can also be done using heat tape and a press. We then cut the ends of the tap off and use a bar tack machine to secure the tape inside the stubby holder.

Finally gluing the base in the stubby holder. marine quality glue is required as they will be subjected to moisture from drinks. We glue the base that has been supplied pre cut. Then we glue the inside of the cooler at the base. We wait for the glue to partly cure, when its tacky, you are best to put it in and work your way around the edge of the cooler pressing the base against the side.

If the base comes out and you need to repair it. The best thing to do is go to your local dive shop and ask for marine glue. If you made the stubby holders yourself then you should still have some.
