How to Build a Lego Refrigerator Tutorial

Do you have any Lego food that you have no place to store? Do you have a Lego kitchen without a fridge? In this instructable, I will be showing you how to build a Lego refrigerator. Instead of using your hard earned money to buy an expensive model, just follow my instructions. Impress your friends with your amazing master building! When you build the fridge, you can finally keep your precious food in store. The fridge has a decent amount of space with a sturdy structure.

For the Lego refrigerator, you will need:

• 8 brick 1 x 2 x 1.33 w/ curved top
• 4 brick 1 x 4 white
• 1 brick 1 x 3 white
• 1 brick 1 x 2 white
• 1 plate 4 x 4 white
• 1 plate 2 x 4 white
• 4 plate 1 x 4 white
• 3 plate 1 x 2 white
• 1 plate 1 x 3 white
• 2 plate 1 x 1 white
• 2 flat tile 1 x 4 white
• 1 flat tile 2 x 3 white
• 1 flat tile 2 x 2 white
• 2 flat tile 1 x 2 white
• 2 plate 1 x 2 w/ slide white
• 2 plate 1 x 1 w/ vertical clip white
• 1 brick 1 x 2 w/ 4 knobs black
• 5 radiator grille 1 x 2 grey
• 2 radiator grille 1 x 2 white
• 1 plate 1 x 2 w/ handle grey
• 1 plate 1 x 2 w/ handle on side grey
• 1 bracket 1 x 2 - 2 x 2 up white
• 1 bracket 1 x 2 - 2 x 2 white
• 2 brick 1 x 1 w/ knob and slot white

• Optional: Lego pie with white, cream filling, 2 dark pink cherries, and a milk carton

First, start by placing a white flat tile 2 x 2 in the middle of the front two horizontal rows, on top of a white plate 4 x 4. The first picture shows you where to place the tile. Then, set two white brick 1 x 4 vertically, next to the flat tile. After setting the bricks, stick a white flat tile 1 x 2 behind the flat tile 2 x 2, following with a white plate 1 x 2. The flat tiles are for the floor of your fridge. If you are confused at the instructions then look at the pictures.

After finishing the base, place a black brick 1 x 2 w/ 4 knobs on top of the plate 1 x 2. If you are confused, then look at the first picture. Now, take a white bracket 1 x 2 - 2 x 2 up and three gray radiator grilles 1 x 2. Stick the grilles on the bracket in any position you like. When you are done, place the bracket on the knobs that are pointing toward you. Look at the third picture for help. Then, set a white radiator grille on the backside knobs of the brick. This is the first shelf.

After finishing the first shelf, set a white plate 1 x 4 vertically at the right row, on top of the brick 1 x 4. Then, set a plate 1 x 1 at the left row, on the furthest stud. See the second picture for help. Stack another plate 1 x 4 horizontally at the back row. See the third picture for where to place the plate. On top of the plate that you set, add a plate 1 x 1 on the furthest stud, at the left. Now, take a white brick 1 x 3, and place it vertically on the left side.

Then, get a white plate 1 x 2 and stick it vertically on the right side. Look at the first picture for details. For the front stud on the right side, set a white plate 1 x 1 w/ vertical clip. Position it so that the plate's clip is sticking outward toward you. Next, set two white brick 1 x 1 w/ knob and slot at the back row. See the third picture for details. Place the bricks so that their knobs are facing forward. For the knobs on the bricks, put a white radiator grille. Now, take two grey radiator grilles 1 x 2, and stick them to a white bracket 1 x 2 - 2 x 2. After your done, stick the bracket on the back of the brick 1 x 1 w/ knob and slot. Again, if you are confused then look at the fifth picture. This is your second shelf.

For the walls, take two white bricks 1 x 4, and place them both vertically on the right and left side. Then, stack a plate 1 x 3 vertically on the right side. See the second picture for details. Now, place a white plate 1 x 1 w/ vertical clip at the front stud of the right side. Make sure that the plate's clip is lined up with the clip below it. Next, set two white plate 1 x 4 vertically on both right and left sides. After setting the plates down, place a white brick 1 x 2 at the back row, in the middle. On top of the brick, stack a white plate 1 x 2. Look at the fifth and sixth picture if you are confused. Your walls are complete

This part is easy. Take eight white brick 1 x 1 x 1 x 1.33 w/ curved top, and place them so that their curved side is matched with the outside wall. Now, lay two, flat tiles 1 x 4 vertically on top of the remaining space. Your ceiling is finished.

The last step is for the door. Take a white plate 2 x 4, and lay it vertically on your table. Then, place two white plate 1 x 2 w/ slide at the front and back of the plate. See the first picture for details. Then, place a grey plate 1 x 2 w/ handle on side, on the right side. After that, place a gray plate 1 x 2 w/ handle, on the left. When you set the plates, make sure that their handles are sticking out. Look at the second picture for details. Finally, lay a white flat tile 2 x 3, on top of the plates, following with a flat tile 1 x 2 on the remaining space. Look at the third picture if you are confused. This next part is optional. Put in any Lego food you have that is able to fit in the shelves. Stick your door on your new Lego refrigerator.

After you finish building the fridge, do whatever you want with it. Play with it, customize it, or even destroy it to build a new creation.

I think that this refrigerator has a strong structure, and a good amount of space. This handy kitchen appliance will keep your food safe and will be admired by your friends. This refrigerator will cost you nothing and will save you money. The color of the refrigerator doesn't have to be white. You could change the colors of the Lego pieces in any way you want. Overall, I think that this fridge has a great design with a decent size.
